IT 100 Foam Pipe Wrap Insulation Tape

General purpose foam pipe wrap insulation tape designed for hot or cold pipe insulation applications. Convenient and easy to use, IT 100 adheres firmly to all metals, covering hot pipes to stop heat loss and cold pipes to prevent condensation drip.

Typical Applications

  • Backing: Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) polymeric foam; closed cell elastomeric insulation
  • Adhesive: Acrylic-based adhesive
  • Liner: Siliconized, yellow paper release liner

Storage & Usage Conditions

Tape should be stored in its original packaging in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and should be used within 12 months of date of shipment. Surfaces to which tape is applied should be clean, dry and free of grease, oil or other contaminants.
