New A&E Cores - Effective September 1, 2005, Shurtape will begin transitioning all of the remaining products formally packaged with a Permacel core and carton to the newly designed Shurtape brand. We have listened to your suggestions and understand the value of the product identity. The product nomenclature (i.e. P- 68, P- 69, P- 670, P- 691) will be prominently displayed in the core. We are confident you will like the new core design, but more importantly, we wish to assure you that Shurtape understands the performance requirements for these products and will continue to provide the quality offerings that you have used and requested for many years.

| Shurtape acquires Tape Specialties, Ltd. - Shurtape Technologies, LLC announced today its acquisition of the professional paint and industrial divisions of Concord, Ontario-based Tape Specialties Limited. The move will allow Shurtape to offer its customers a broader range of the highest quality pressure-sensitive tapes, available from a single source.
